14-day money-back guarantee
If the Team plan isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per customer.
After the first 14 days
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your team keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for; we don't refund the remainder of a billing period.
- Removing seats mid-cycle creates prorated credit that offsets your next invoice (handled automatically by Stripe).
- If we materially fail to provide the service (extended outage caused by us), contact us — we'll make it right with a credit or refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
Your code is never held hostage
Refund or no refund, canceling never locks you out of your own code: encryption is local, the CLI is free, and your passphrase or recovery code decrypts your data without our involvement.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Refund". We process refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to post it.
